Do I need special hardware?
For home use, a simple plug-and-play ATA adapter connects your existing phone to our service. For businesses, we offer a range of desk phones or a fully app-based system — no hardware required if you prefer.
What internet connection does my business need?
Each VoIP call uses approximately 100 Kbps of bandwidth. Most standard broadband connections handle multiple simultaneous calls with ease. We can assess your needs during setup.
Do you offer OneConnect across Canada?
