Designed for businesses with 6 or more users. Users and calling capacity are separate: every user can have a phone or extension, and you choose the number of simultaneous calls your business actually needs.

What’s a line? A line represents one simultaneous outside call. For example, 10 users with 3 lines means any 3 users can be on outside calls at the same time.

It answers calls, speaks with the caller, determines what they need and connects them with the right person. It can even take bookings directly into a calendar. The number in each name is the minutes of calls it handles for you each month, so pick the one that fits how busy your phones are.
Go over your minutes on the 60 package and the extra is $0.28 a minute. Text messaging is not part of this — that is the SMS Text Messaging extra above.
